Had Tom out today as part of the Water Corp free reticulation check. He was very friendly and super helpful. He made some good suggestions about future improvements we could make to our lawn, when asked, but wasn’t at all pushy and even said any landscaping company could assist. I would definitely get him back when we decide to get some work done.

He did a full system check and programmed our controller to align with our allocated watering days and to come on automatically at optimal watering times whilst explaining everything in detail as he went along. When silverchain sent Tom to us 8 years ago we had no idea it would have excelled any idea of having a garden /handyman service to help my husband who has dementia he always shows up and greets us with the warmest smile and achieves everything he has planned my husband loves his buddy tom and it is the highlight of his ageing years well done Tom for looking after and caring for the elderly in our community

Logged into a link from Water Corp for an offer of "Free Garden Advise for Bore Owners" & after registering we were contacted by Tom from Dynamic Property Solutions to book a time for a visit Tom gave us some good general water wise tips on how to check that we are using our bore efficiently Types of sprinklers for lawns verses gardens, mulching, fertiliser, wetting agents & because I have been struggling to control the weeds in the lawn a suggestion for that Unlike when we have been to the local suppliers this was by far the most informative & without promoting any one suppliers product Thankyou to Water Corporation for the initial contact & for Tom for your advise I will be on the lookout for more Water Corp advise online

I contacted Dynamic Property Solutions with regard to both a retic problem and to improve my grass which was full of weeds and very little grass. Tom was very helpful and polite on both issues. The retic was not a straightforward repair, and he tried to fix without making it a large rework. After the work was completed, he left the property very tidy, and I would highly recommend him.

Tom and Jason are just fantastic highly recommend their service. They have been working for my mother for nearly 12 months . Mum has had a stroke and doesn’t communicate well, they listen to her and go out of their way to make sure everything is done to her satisfaction.
